Heart and circulation
High blood pressure, palpitations, tightness in the chest, cholesterol that keeps being mentioned. Assessed by our specialist in cardiology and cardiovascular prevention.
Most medical appointments last fifteen minutes and answer one question. Ours asks the ones nobody has asked you yet. Your history, your symptoms, your previous results, your sleep, your medication and supplements, your family, your goals.

A comprehensive first consultation for new patients who would like to address a medical concern, review their current health or receive a thorough internal medicine assessment. Our doctor takes the time to understand your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, medications and previous findings. Existing reports and laboratory results can be reviewed as part of the consultation. Where appropriate, a physical examination and further diagnostic steps are recommended. The aim is to create a clear medical picture and define the most appropriate next steps for you. Additional laboratory tests, imaging or external specialist services are charged separately.
What is includedA dedicated consultation to review diagnostic findings in detail and translate them into a clear medical plan. Our doctor will explain your laboratory results, imaging or other investigations in context, answer your questions and discuss what the findings mean for your health. Where needed, treatment options, further diagnostics or specialist referrals are planned.
What is includedA shorter consultation for existing patients who require a focused medical review. Our doctor reassesses your current situation, reviews relevant findings and adjusts the existing treatment or medical plan where needed. Available in person or by video consultation where medically appropriate.
What is includedAmounts are confirmed with you in writing before anything is booked. Additional laboratory tests, imaging or external specialist services are charged separately.

A cough that will not go, breathlessness on exertion that was not there last year, infections that keep coming back.
Reflux, bloating, digestion that has changed, abdominal pain nobody has explained yet.
Weight that moves without a reason, feeling cold, hair thinning, restlessness or the opposite. All of it is measurable.
Pain that keeps returning, stiffness in the morning, inflammation markers that came back raised.
Values that were flagged once and then never followed up. We look at what they mean over time, not as a single snapshot.
Infections that keep returning or take too long to clear, and the question of what is behind that pattern.
Trouble falling asleep, waking at three, and being tired all day despite eight hours in bed. Where a sleep study is needed, we arrange it and stay your point of contact.
Exhaustion, a drop in performance, concentration that fails by mid-afternoon. Physical causes are ruled out before anything is called stress.
Weight that will not move, or moves the wrong way. Assessed medically first, and only then treated.
One doctor who knows your file, and keeps knowing it. Book the first consultation, or send us a request and we take it from there.
