The Checkup

A complete medical assessment, from baseline to plan.

One process, not a collection of tests.

The Checkup is designed as one comprehensive medical process rather than a collection of individual tests. We begin with an in-depth consultation and clinical assessment, combine this with targeted diagnostics, and bring everything together in a dedicated results consultation with our doctor.

Your journey

How the Checkup runs

  1. 1 Consultation Up to ninety minutes: a comprehensive medical history, a full physical examination, and the decision about what is worth measuring in your case.
  2. 2 Diagnostics Resting twelve lead ECG, medical grade body composition analysis, urine analysis, the blood draw with your individually designed laboratory panel, and microbiome testing.
  3. 3 Results consultation Up to sixty minutes with our doctor. Your findings are read together and in context, rather than handed over as a list of values.
  4. 4 Your plan A personalised written medical report with individual recommendations and a next-step plan, built so that this year can be compared with the next.

Typical reasons

Why people book the Checkup

"It has been years since anyone checked"

The most common reason, and a good one. Most things we find early are easier to deal with than the same things found late.

"There is heart disease in my family"

A family history changes what is worth looking at and how often. That is exactly what a check-up is for.

"I have been tracking myself for years"

Rings, watches and apps measure a great deal and explain little. Read against your blood values, the same data starts to mean something.

"I feel fine and want it to stay that way"

Then the point is a baseline. Values only become meaningful once there is something to compare them against.

"Something is off and I cannot name it"

Vague is not the same as imaginary. A structured check-up is built for exactly this kind of question.

"My employer or insurer covers one"

We work with companies and are happy to keep the invoice in a form your side accepts.
