About us

Welcome to

Founder

It started with what I felt was missing in medicine.

Healthcare has become more advanced than ever. We can measure more, detect more and understand more.

But care itself can still feel rushed, fragmented and reactive.

People often wait until something is wrong. Appointments are short. Results are delivered, but not always translated into something meaningful.

I wanted to create a place that works differently.

A place where we look earlier, connect the dots and give people a clear understanding of their health. Where modern diagnostics and preventive medicine are combined with time, attention and genuine medical guidance.

And where the experience itself matters.

Because beyond tests, consultations and treatment, there is something people should feel when they walk into a clinic: confidence, trust and the sense that they are truly being looked after.

That feeling cannot be bought. It has to be created.

And it can only be created by a great team.

Today, what makes me most proud is seeing the people behind ivi Clinic bring that idea to life every day, and seeing patients leave the clinic feeling better informed, reassured and genuinely cared for.

What began as an idea has become something we now build together. And I am incredibly excited to see where the journey takes us next.

Med. pract. Ignacio Amyad Raduan Munem

Medical Director

I'm Amyad Raduan, the in-house doctor at ivi Clinic. I trained in family medicine and clinical research, and now focus on prevention and healthy ageing. I like to understand why something is happening before deciding what to do about it, and to turn complex data into a clear, personal plan. Outside the clinic I'm a father of two.

My health non-negotiable

My evenings belong to my family: dinner together, time on the floor with the kids, phone out of reach. I can't ask patients to protect their sleep and their people if I don't do it myself.

One thing I wish everyone knew

That in medicine, more is not always better. A good doctor will sometimes talk you out of things, because every test, infusion or supplement should have a reason that is yours, not a trend.

Marie-Laure Florin

Marie-Laure Florin

Operations & Client Experience

My name is Marie-Laure. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and spent several years in a leadership role within psychiatry before transitioning into Case Management. I also hold postgraduate certificates (CAS) in Case Management and Systemic Coaching. What I value most is connecting with people and supporting them in improving both their physical and mental well-being.

My health non-negotiable

Regular exercise and spending quality time with friends are essential to me. Both help me maintain a healthy balance and are an important part of taking care of my physical and mental well-being.

One thing I wish everyone knew

It is never too late to start taking better care of your health. The body and mind are deeply connected, and even small, consistent changes can have a meaningful impact on our overall well-being.

Ilaria Sollberger

Founder & CEO

I'm Ilaria, founder and CEO of the clinic. My background is rooted in healthcare, with experience across different departments in larger clinics and medical practices. I later studied Health Promotion and Prevention and today focus increasingly on Healthcare Management.

My health non-negotiable

Not treating my own health like an afterthought. Working in healthcare makes it surprisingly easy to put everyone else first. Long days, constant responsibility and a full schedule can make your own health something you deal with later. For me, the non negotiable is checking in before my body forces me to. Knowing my baseline, protecting my energy and making space for the people and things that keep me grounded.

One thing I wish everyone knew

Being good at taking care of others does not mean you are taking care of yourself. We normalise tiredness, stress, poor sleep and low energy far too quickly. Sometimes it is just life. Sometimes it is worth taking a deep breath and look a bit closer. For me, prevention is not about perfection. It is about understanding your body early enough to make better decisions. Do not make yourself the last person on your own list.

Eva Geilenkirchen

Eva Geilenkirchen

Clinic Assistant & Marketing

I'm Eva, a third-year medical student at the University of Zürich with a passion for medicine, preventive health, and longevity. With 13 years of competitive swimming behind me, including time on the Swiss national team, I've developed a deep appreciation for the connection between physical performance and overall wellbeing. I love bringing together medical science, human connection, and a proactive approach to health.

My health non-negotiable

Movement, without a doubt. Having grown up as a competitive athlete, staying active is part of who I am. Whether it's running, swimming, or trying something new, I always make time for movement, not just for physical health, but for mental clarity and balance.

One thing I wish everyone knew

Good health isn't simply the absence of disease. It's something we actively build over time. I wish more people understood that prevention starts long before symptoms appear, and that small, sustainable habits can make a meaningful difference in how we feel today and how we age tomorrow.

Carla Grotzer

Clinic Assistant & Marketing

I'm Carla, a medical student at the University of Zürich with a strong passion for the human body, movement and well-being. With a background in dance and a love for Pilates, I've always been fascinated by how the body works and how we can support it through everyday habits. What I love most about medicine is combining this curiosity with working with people and helping them feel their best.

My health non-negotiable

Pilates and movement are a non-negotiable part of my routine. With many years of ballet experience, I've learned how much consistency and body awareness can influence both how you feel and how you perform. Just as important to me is making time for the people I love, as spending quality time with family and friends helps me recharge, stay balanced and feel my best.

One thing I wish everyone knew

For me, feeling good isn't about being perfect or following a strict routine, but about finding habits that make you feel stronger, happier and more balanced and making them a natural part of everyday life. I truly believe that the small things we consistently do for ourselves can make a much bigger difference to our health and well-being than we often realise.
