What happens with your results

  1. 1 Measure and test Blood, body composition, ECG, urine or microbiome: the investigations your question calls for, not only blood.
  2. 2 Interpretation Our doctor reads your results against your history and against one another. A pattern says more than a single value.
  3. 3 Your plan In a consultation we turn your results into a plan: what to treat, what to change, what to measure again.
  4. 4 Continuity Where ongoing care is appropriate, we follow your progress over time and adapt your plan as your health, results and priorities evolve.

If something belongs in specialist hands, we arrange it and stay your point of contact.

What we look at

Single investigations, also without a check-up

Blood Comprehensive blood analysis

The core of almost every question. One blood draw, over a hundred parameters, read against your history instead of against a reference range alone.

What is included
  • Blood count and inflammation markers
  • Iron and ferritin
  • Thyroid function
  • Nutritional and micronutrient diagnostics: vitamin D, B12, folate, zinc, magnesium
  • Liver, kidney and lipid values
  • Point-of-care diagnostics: selected results while you wait
Heart Cardiovascular diagnostics

For blood pressure that has crept up, palpitations, chest tightness, or a family history that keeps you wondering.

What is included
  • ECG and long-term measurements
  • Long-term blood pressure measurement
  • Lipid profile
  • Cardiovascular risk calculated from your own values
Hormones Hormone testing

Hormones only make sense as a system. A single value out of context explains almost nothing.

What is included
  • Thyroid, in full
  • Sex hormones
  • Cortisol and the stress axis
  • Cycle mapped where it matters
Metabolism Metabolic analysis

How your body handles sugar and energy, read before it becomes a diagnosis.

What is included
  • Blood sugar and HbA1c
  • Insulin
  • Lipid profile
  • Continuous glucose monitoring
  • Read together with body composition
Sleep Sleep monitoring

For tiredness that eight hours in bed do not fix. Where a full sleep study is needed, we arrange it and stay your point of contact.

What is included
  • Home sleep apnoea test on our own device, with a specialist consultation on the result
  • Sleep and recovery data from your wearable, read by a doctor
  • Screening questions for sleep apnoea
  • Referral for a sleep study where indicated
Body Body composition analysis

Muscle, fat and water instead of one number on a scale. Most useful as a starting point you can measure against later.

What is included
  • Muscle and fat distribution
  • Water balance
  • Segmental analysis
  • A baseline for the next measurement
Deeper Gut health, genetics and environment

For questions the standard panels do not reach. We use these where your history points there, not as a routine.

What is included
  • Gut health and microbiome
  • Food intolerances and allergies
  • DNA and genetic testing
  • Heavy metals and environmental toxins
  • Imaging and specialist investigations through our partners

Amounts are confirmed with you in writing before anything is booked. Laboratory work is billed through basic insurance where the indication allows.

Typical questions

What people want to find out

"Why am I so tired?"

Iron and ferritin, thyroid, vitamin D, blood count, inflammation, blood sugar. The usual causes are a short list, and every one of them is measurable.

"Is my heart alright?"

Blood pressure, lipid profile, ECG and long-term measurements. Your cardiovascular risk calculated from your own values, not from an average.

"Are my hormones off?"

Thyroid, sex hormones, cortisol, insulin. Hormones only make sense read as a system, never as a single value on its own.

"What do these results actually mean?"

A finding from somewhere else, put into context. A second opinion on values you already have, without repeating the whole work-up.

"Is something inflaming?"

Inflammation markers and blood count when symptoms persist and nobody has found a reason yet.

"Do I absorb what I take?"

Micronutrient status: vitamin D, B12, folate, zinc, magnesium, omega-3. Often the answer to why a supplement changes nothing.

"Is my gut the problem?"

Microbiome, intolerances and allergies, where your history points in that direction rather than as a routine.

"Where do I stand overall?"

Body composition: muscle, fat, water. A baseline that only becomes valuable at the second measurement.
