Ärztefon, the medical helpline of the cantonal medical association of Zürich, answers around the clock, every day of the year. Trained staff and doctors assess medical and dental emergencies that are not life-threatening and arrange the care you need.
If life is in danger, call 144 straight away.
Getting here
By tram
Tram stop Feldegg, a two-minute walk. Stadelhofen station is a few minutes away on foot or one stop by tram.
By car
Parking garage Feldegg is the closest, at Feldeggstrasse. Otherwise look for the blue and white zones in the surrounding streets.
Finding the entrance
Dufourstrasse 90, on the ground floor. If you cannot find the entrance, call +41 44 383 12 34 and we will come down.
Home visits
We also come to you, anywhere in Switzerland. Outside Switzerland please ask us first. From four people onwards there is a 10 % group discount.
