Principle

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Health data is particularly sensitive personal data and is additionally subject to medical confidentiality.

Appointment booking

Appointments are booked through OneDoc (OneDoc SA, Geneva). On our booking page the OneDoc calendar is loaded directly into the page. Your browser therefore contacts OneDoc and transmits your IP address and browser information to them; everything you enter into the calendar is processed by OneDoc as our processor, under their own privacy terms.

On the same page, and only there, your browser also asks OneDoc for the next free appointment of the treatment you selected, so that we can show it to you before you open the calendar. This is a read-only request. No other page of this website contacts OneDoc.
