Book an Appointment

How it works

Choose an area.

Diagnostics

The usual starting point. Everything else follows from what we find here.

Diagnostics in detail
Step 1

Book, and fill in the questionnaire

Online, by phone or on WhatsApp, no referral needed. The digital questionnaire comes beforehand, so the appointment itself is not spent on paperwork.

Step 2

Consultation, examination and blood draw in one visit

History and physical examination, then the blood draw at the same appointment. No separate trip for the needle.

Step 3

Your values, explained in person

Over a hundred parameters, read against your history and your examination. You get written findings and hear what they mean from a doctor, not as a PDF in your inbox.

Step 4

A recommendation, and a date to measure again

What to do, what to leave, and when we look again. The follow-up interval is agreed before you leave.

Check-ups

A structured look at where you stand, in one appointment instead of five.

Check-ups in detail
Step 1

We agree the scope before you come

Ten programmes are a lot to choose from. In a short conversation we settle which one fits your age, your history and what you actually want to know.

Step 2

One appointment, not a week of them

Questionnaire in advance, then consultation, physical examination, blood draw and body composition at the same visit. You leave having done all of it.

Step 3

Your results, explained in person

Written findings, and a conversation about what they mean. Not a number in green or red, but what it says about you and what it does not.

Step 4

What to change, and when we look again

A short list of what is worth doing, what can wait, and the interval until the next check. A check-up without that interval is a souvenir.

Infusions

Never from a menu. An infusion needs a reason, and the reason has to be measurable.

Infusion therapy
Step 1

Consultation before the first infusion

We ask what you want to achieve and check whether an infusion is the right answer at all. Sometimes it is not, and we say so.

Step 2

Your blood values decide the formula

Iron, vitamin and micronutrient status are measured, not assumed. Iron in particular is only given on a documented deficiency.

Step 3

The infusion itself

Between 30 and 60 minutes in the lounge, under medical supervision. You can work, read or sleep through it.

Step 4

And we evaluate again

A follow-up blood test after the agreed interval shows where you stand now. Over several rounds that becomes your own curve: what moved, how fast, and what your body responds to. If nothing moved, we change the plan instead of repeating it.

Aesthetics

Physician-led and deliberately restrained. The aim is that nobody can tell you were here.

Aesthetic medicine
Step 1

Consultation and facial assessment

We look at what actually causes the line, at your medical history, and at what you expect. Risks and limits are part of that conversation.

Step 2

A written plan with the price, before anything starts

You know what is planned and what it costs before the first injection. Nobody is treated on the day they first ask.

Step 3

The treatment

Precise and sparing. We treat the movement that causes the line, not the whole face.

Step 4

And we evaluate again

Aesthetic medicine needs time before it can be judged. Botulinum toxin settles over about fourteen days, fillers over a few weeks, skin quality over months. We look at the result together at the right moment, refine it where it helps, and note what worked for the next time.

Weight management

Nutrition, activity and, where it is indicated, medication. In that order.

Weight management
Step 1

Medical evaluation

History, blood analysis and body composition. Thyroid, metabolism and other causes of weight gain are ruled out before anything else is discussed.

Step 2

Nutritional counselling and activity

This is the basis, not the fallback. It is also a condition for any medication, both medically and under Swiss reimbursement rules.

Step 3

Medication only where it is indicated

GLP-1 receptor agonists are prescription medicines with clear criteria. We explain what applies to you, what is covered and what is not, before anything is prescribed.

Step 4

Close follow-up, and a plan that keeps adjusting

Appointments every four weeks with repeat measurements, so the therapy plan is tuned to what your body is actually doing instead of what it was doing in week one. Losing weight is the easy half; keeping it off is the reason we stay involved. You are stuck with us.

Concierge

The same medicine, at your home, your hotel or your office.

Concierge care
Step 1

Tell us where you are

Home, hotel or office. Wherever you happen to be that day.

Step 2

We schedule the appointment with you

Directly with our medical team, not through a call centre. You have one named contact who knows your case, and any change of time reaches the person who is actually coming.

Step 3

We come prepared

You do not have to decide in advance what you need. We bring everything for consultation, blood draw, infusion and injection, and decide together on site what makes sense, to the same medical standard as at the clinic, with the same documentation.

Step 4

Findings and follow-up as usual

Written findings, a conversation about them, and a follow-up appointment. Wherever suits you next time.

Corporate health

Health days, check-ups and diagnostics for teams, at your office or at the clinic.

Corporate health
Step 1

A conversation about what your team needs

Not a catalogue. We ask what is actually going on: fatigue, absences, a young team, a demanding season.

Step 2

A proposal with scope and cost

What is included, how long it takes, what it costs per person. You decide before anything is booked.

Step 3

We come to you

A health day at your own office: we bring the clinic to your floor, your team walks down the corridor instead of across town. Half a day for a whole department, alongside normal operations. If it suits you better, your employees book slots at Dufourstrasse instead.

Step 4

Every employee gets their own evaluation

Not a group result. Each person receives their own findings, personally explained, with recommendations that fit them. The company gets an anonymous summary and nothing more. That is not a courtesy, it is medical confidentiality.

Good to know

Frequently asked
questions

Referral, health insurance, blood analysis before infusions, home visits and rescheduling.

Do I need a referral?+
No. You can book a consultation, a check-up or a single investigation directly.
Does health insurance cover it?+
Medical services and laboratory work are billed through basic insurance depending on the indication. Infusions without a medical indication and aesthetic treatments are self-pay. With supplementary insurance it is worth asking: cover differs from policy to policy.
Do I need a blood analysis before an infusion?+
For iron infusions it is mandatory: iron should only be replaced when a deficiency is documented. For the other formulas we decide together in the consultation. The CHF 150 for the blood analysis is credited against a subsequent infusion.
Do you come to my home?+
Yes, anywhere in Switzerland. Outside Switzerland please ask us first. From four people onwards there is a 10 % group discount.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?+
Yes, up to 48 hours beforehand, over a weekend up to 72 hours. Use the link in your confirmation email, or write to us. Later than that, the booked treatment or at least CHF 100 is charged, and that applies to free consultations too.
When do I have to pay?+
Invoices for medical treatments are due within 10 days, for cosmetic treatments within 30 days. Larger amounts can be paid in instalments over up to 48 months at 0 % interest, handled by MF Group AG.
Do you treat under-18s?+
No. We do not carry out medical treatments on minors.
How long is a voucher valid?+
Twelve months from the date of issue unless something else is stated on it. Vouchers are personal, cannot be transferred and are not paid out in cash.
What if a filler or botulinum result needs adjusting?+
Within 14 days after the treatment a follow-up is free. From day 15 to day 30 we charge half the price, after that the full price. We look at the result together at the right moment anyway: botulinum toxin needs about fourteen days to settle.
